Todd Gloria has never held a job outside of politics or government. 

Yet, as co-sponsor of AB5, Todd Gloria made it ILLEGAL for artists, translators, journalists, musicians, actors and actresses, and thousands of other independent workers to be their own boss.

This legislation is fundamentally flawed. It’s a product of legislators who have no understanding of or appreciation for the private sector. It threatens the livelihood of millions of independent contractors. 

That is why I’m calling on AB5 co-author Todd Gloria and his cronies in the legislature:

Repeal AB5 now!

PS: Our legislation should focus on the real issue: protecting workers that are economically reliant on, and taken advantage of, by a single employer.
